Doing the work of Change
Connect to Therapy
Taking the step to seek therapy is a profound act of self-care and courage. You’re already demonstrating incredible insight just by being here. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking growth, or longing for deeper self understanding, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to offer a compassionate, supportive space to cultivate change.
Pat Hagan
(He/Him) I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience providing mental health treatment in Massachusetts.
My work focuses on life transitions, identity development and navigating the challenges associated with change. I work to provide a non-judgmental, goal-oriented environment for you to highlight and cultivate your best self. Or, in the words of Dolly Parton: "Find out who you are, and do it on purpose."
I value humor, humility, and building on your existing strengths to help achieve your goals. My work is informed by a strong belief that our wellbeing is impacted by the environments within which we exist. I strive to offer care that is attentive to the diverse identities and experiences that influence how we move through the world.
I specialize in helping clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. My approach is relaxed and client-centered. My theoretical orientation is eclectic, meaning I draw on a broad range of clinical interventions and theories to best suit your specific needs.
